Joana Marie Bongon

Joana Marie Bongon has over a decade of diverse experience in roles focused on support, safety, and sales. Currently serving as a Brand Ambassador, Project Support Officer, and Sales Representative at Muscat Duty Free since May 2016, Joana has developed expertise in customer engagement and project management. Previously, Joana worked at the Asian Development Bank from March 2014 to April 2016 as a Watch Officer, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and monitoring relevant global events, and held positions as an Administrative Assistant and Helpdesk Officer at Convergys. Joana's earlier experience includes roles as a Stewardess for the Ministry of Defence Oman and a Facility Assistant at Verizon. Joana holds a degree from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, completed between 2003 and 2007.
