Rajat Gupta

Rajat Gupta is an experienced professional in the retail and travel retail sectors, currently serving as the Commercial Manager for Buying & Merchandising at Muscat Duty Free since March 2023. Previously, Rajat held the position of Category Manager at Mumbai Travel Retail Private Limited from June 2022 to August 2023. Rajat also worked at Maldives Airports Company Limited as Category Head/Lead for Buying & Merchandising in confectionery, watches, liquor and tobacco, and toys from April 2012 to July 2022, providing strategic direction to a duty-free business unit that managed key accounts generating over $40M in annual revenue. Prior experience includes roles at Bharti Walmart as an Assistant Manager, focusing on retail assortment and inventory management, and at Pantaloon Retail India Ltd as a Management Trainee.
