Wendy Sallin, CMLDT, CMT, is an experienced wellness professional with a diverse background in health and fitness. As the owner of Mana Bodywork since June 2022, Wendy also operates as a self-employed wellness coach and trainer since August 2003 and serves as a MAT Practitioner with Muscle Activation Techniques® since August 2015. Previously, Wendy held the role of Fitness Director at PFC Fitness Camp from December 2011 to June 2017. Wendy's educational foundation was established at UC Santa Barbara, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1990.
