Richard Milham

Richard Milham has a diverse work experience history, with roles in various companies and industries. Richard most recently worked at MuscleFood as the Head of Trading since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Trading Manager at MuscleFood from February 2020 to May 2022.

In 2019, Richard briefly served as the Head of Online Trading at Yours Clothing. Before that, they worked at Bonnington Plastics Ltd as an Ecommerce Manager from November 2018 to November 2019. From 2017 to 2018, Richard worked at ISAWITFIRST.com as both a Trading & Channel Manager and an Ecommerce Executive. During their time there, they had responsibilities in monitoring and managing multiple sales channels, social media marketing, and purchasing branded fashion and sportswear.

Richard's earlier experience includes working as an Ecommerce/Buying Manager at Magic Toast/MDE Dist from August 2008 to June 2017. In this role, they managed various sales channels, assisted in social media marketing, and was responsible for sourcing and purchasing branded fashion and sportswear. Richard also attended key trade shows and negotiated contracts with suppliers.

Prior to their career in ecommerce, Richard worked as a Chalet Host at Snowline VIP from November 2007 to May 2008.

From 2004 to 2007, Richard Milham attended De Montfort University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Studies & Marketing.
