Jaymeen Gandhi

Jaymeen Gandhi is an experienced maintenance and engineering professional with a background in chemical engineering. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Musco Family Olive Co since July 2022, Jaymeen previously held the position of Technical Supervisor at E. & J. Gallo Winery from November 2018 to July 2022, and Operations Lead at Ingredion Incorporated between January 2017 and November 2018. Earlier experience includes working as a Chemical Engineer at SAFTIFIRST from January 2014 to July 2016, where responsibilities included implementing manufacturing processes and generating cost analysis reports. Jaymeen also gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at Eichleay Engineers Inc. of California in 2011, assisting with project documentation for a Flue Gas Scrubber project, and as an intern at Snelling in 2006. Jaymeen holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned from 2010 to 2013.
