Elena Skvortsova has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Elena currently works as the Human Resources Director at Muse Group, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of People Partners at Muse Group from October 2021 to October 2022.
Before joining Muse Group, Elena worked at Exness as an HR Business Partner from January 2019 to March 2022. Elena'sresponsibilities in this role included strategic workforce hiring and development, managing division changes, coaching leadership teams, and data-driven decision making in people-related areas. Elena also collaborated with different stakeholders to improve processes and procedures and was responsible for hiring results, performance reviews, and employee retention within assigned divisions.
Elena started their career at ABBYY in March 2011, where they held the position of Head of Recruitment and Development Group until December 2018.
Elena Skvortsova earned a Master's degree in Control Systems and Computer Science in Engineering from Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including "Leading Virtual Meetings" from LinkedIn and "SHRM Senior Certified Professional" from SHRM, both in 2020. Elena also has certifications in "Total rewards" from Laba in 2018, "HR and Marketing - from communications to branding" from HRedu.ru in 2018, and "Personnel solve everything" from Laba in 2017.
