Xenia Merkusheva

Xenia Merkusheva is an experienced product designer currently with Muse Group, where responsibilities include product design for Ultimate Guitar since September 2025. Prior to this role, Xenia served as Principal Product Designer at stats.fm, focusing on music analytics for Spotify and Apple Music, where significant achievements included increasing monthly active users by 27%. Previous positions include Lead Product Designer and Art Lead at CM Games, Head of Design at Severgroup Medicine, and Senior Product Designer at Всегда.Да. Xenia also contributed to design education as a lecturer at Saint Petersburg University of Technology and Design and co-founded Tundra.media, a web studio. Xenia holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technologies in the Media Industry and has pursued further education in design and technology.
