Brigitte Pednault

Brigitte Pednault, CRHA, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as a Conseillère en gestion des ressources humaines at Musée de la civilisation since January 2009, where responsibilities include compensation management, job evaluation, and HR policy development. Prior to this role, Brigitte worked at Fonds québécois de recherche (FQRNT and FQRSC) as Responsable des ressources humaines, where key tasks involved coordinating training committees and managing labor relations. Additional positions include Conseillère en ressources humaines at Centre hospitalier Beauce-Étchemin and Prévost Car inc., as well as roles at the Ministère des Affaires civiques, de la Culture et des Loisirs and the Ministère du Solliciteur général, focusing on recruitment and internal movement management. Brigitte holds a Baccalauréat in Psychologie from Université Laval and a certificate in human resources management from the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
