Erin Branham has over 25 years of experience in the field of arts education. Erin most recently served as the Assistant Vice-President of School & Family Programs at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), where they oversaw the management of various programs serving over 225,000 people annually. Erin also cultivated relationships with K-12 teachers, administrators, and community leaders. Prior to their role at LACMA, Erin worked at the J. Paul Getty Museum for 6 years, where they served as the Manager of School Communities and Education Specialist for School Programs, developing and implementing K-12 school and teacher programs. Before that, they served as the Education Specialist for Family Programs at the J. Paul Getty Museum at the Villa, where they developed and implemented family and youth program offerings. Erin's earlier experience includes working as the Sr. Development Officer at the Chinese American Service League, Curator of Education at the Arkansas Arts Center, and Director of Science and Education at the ARTS & SCIENCE CENTER FOR SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS. Overall, Erin has demonstrated their expertise in managing teams, developing educational programs, cultivating relationships, and securing funding for arts education initiatives.
Erin Branham's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Microbiology from The University of Memphis, which they completed from 1988 to 1993. Erin then pursued post-baccalaureate study in Art History at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 2004 to 2006. Later, from 2006 to 2007, Erin earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Art Education/Museum Studies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
