Dr. Anique de Kruijf serves as the Head of the Department of Cultural Heritage in Churches and Convents at Museum Catharijneconvent since May 2013, focusing on the value and importance of religious heritage and engaging various stakeholders in preservation efforts. In addition, Anique holds leadership roles on several supervisory boards, including Stichting Gouds Vrouwennetwerk, Stichting Sormani Fonds, and VBMK, reflecting a strong commitment to cultural heritage management. An independent art historian and editor, Anique has contributed to educational initiatives and publications, while previously serving as a trainer at Texplain and a freelance teacher at the Vrije Academie voor Kunsthistorisch Onderwijs. Anique obtained a Master's degree in Art History from the University of Amsterdam from 2000 to 2005.
