Museum für Naturkunde Berlin
Kim Gruetzmacher currently serves as the Head of Division International Nature Conservation at the Bundesamt für Naturschutz, leading efforts to support Germany's contributions to global biodiversity goals. Additionally, Kim is a Guest Researcher and the One Health/Planetary Health Lead at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin, while also acting as a Senior Advisor for One Health, Biodiversity, and Health at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH. Previous experience includes roles as Program Manager for the Wildlife Health Program at the Wildlife Conservation Society, Manager of German Relations at the Robert Koch Institute, and involvement in various capacities at academic and veterinary institutions. Kim holds veterinary degrees from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and Freie Universität Berlin.
