Muhammad Iqram is a PhD candidate at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin and the founder of Tapak Diversitas Hayati Nusantara (TARSIUS) since January 2024. Previously, Muhammad Iqram served as a Grant and Partnership Officer at Blue Forests (Yayasan Hutan Biru) from June 2022 to October 2023, and as a researcher at CSIRO, working on the economic valuation of Tilapia from Papua New Guinea. Earlier experience includes a Research Assistant Intern position at The Zoological Research Museum Alexander Koenig, where research focused on redlisting freshwater molluscs and marine crustaceans in Northern Europe, as well as an internship at VLIZ - Flanders Marine Institute, where the assignment involved visualizing and measuring microplastic particles. Muhammad Iqram's earlier roles also include working as an EMR-Ecologist at Blue Forests, conducting mangrove and seagrass monitoring surveys, and serving as a surveyor for USAID on the economic valuation of mangroves. Academically, Muhammad Iqram holds multiple master's degrees from Ghent University, the University of Antwerp, and Vrije Universiteit Brussel, along with a bachelor's degree in Biological Science from Universitas Hasanuddin.
