Nadia Ameziane

Nadia Ameziane is a professor at the Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle since 1991, where Nadia serves as the head of the marine station in Concarneau. Ameziane is a taxonomist and a specialist in echinoderms, focusing on sea cucumber aquaculture, marine bioinspiration, and scientific mediation. From 2008 to 2019, Ameziane was the scientific curator of the "Non-arthropod terrestrial invertebrates" collection. Prior to their current position, Ameziane worked as a lecturer at CEA and held a research position at Angle droit. Ameziane earned a PhD in life and natural sciences from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 between 1981 and 1989.
