Kathleen Spear has extensive leadership experience, currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at the Museum of Boulder since April 2017, after a tenure as Vice President on the same board. Active in community organizations, Kathleen has been a Board Member for Erika's Lighthouse since January 2012 and previously contributed to the Chicago Shakespeare Theater until 2017. In the corporate sector, Kathleen held the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer at Kraft Foods, Inc. from 1984 until retirement in 2009. Educational accomplishments include a J.D. cum Laude from Northwestern University Law School and multiple degrees in Political Science from Brown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College.
