Pedro Weiss is the Treasurerat Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago. Pedro was previously with Ayni Capital Advisors, HATUN, and Truelogic Software. At Truelogic Software, they were an Advisory Board Member from January 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were with GE Healthcare from January 2016 to December 2019 where they were the Vice President - Transformation. In this role, they led a team of 30 executives in strategic business and digital transformation programs. Pedro also drove execution across business units, functions and regions to achieve and exceed P&L’s organic growth, cash and productivity targets. Some of their notable accomplishments include leading productivity programs’ portfolio and partnering with the C-Suite to execute and convert on average $0.5B annually in variable cost productivity, driving profits from $2.9Bn (2015) to 3.7Bn (2018). Pedro also partnered with the Chief Commercial Officer on the design and implementation of organic growth board, an operating mechanism to pace and make capital allocation decisions on product, services, and commercial growth programs. The company grew revenues from $17.6Bn (2015) to $19.8Bn (2018) during their tenure.
Pedro Weiss has an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Universidad del Pacífico (PE), and has completed the YPO - HBS Presidents Program - Week 1 and the Family Enterprise Board program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Pedro is also a member of Singularity University's President Program - YPO Summit.
