Roger Hawkins

Roger Hawkins is an experienced educator and arts advocate with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Educator at the Museum of Discovery since 2016, Roger has previously owned and directed Drama Kids Wilmington, where transformative drama experiences for children and youth were emphasized. Roger's earlier roles include Disability Navigator for the DE Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, coordinating career education for youth with disabilities at DE High School High Tech, and teaching acting workshops at the Delaware Institute for Arts in Education. Roger holds a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction: Arts in Education from Lesley University and has obtained various teaching certifications, showcasing a strong commitment to education and fostering skills in others.
