Edward E. Greene

Edward E. Greene has over twenty years of experience in human resources and relationship management. Edward is currently the President of the Board of Trustees at The MFA. Prior to this, they were the Senior Advisor at Surfside Capital Advisors LLC from January 2019 to November 2020.

From January 2015 to December 2018, Greene served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at FactSet. During their time there, they successfully built and deployed an enhanced risk management process which resulted in a 100% retention rate. Edward also created a communications strategy for the seamless merger of three client markets.

Greene was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Voya Financial from January 2012 to December 2014. During their time at Voya Financial, they developed new relationship management metrics which improved customer satisfaction by 22%.

Prior to Voya Financial, Greene was at Eastern Bank and The Partnership, Inc. where they served as Chair of the Board and Consultant, respectively.

From January 1998 to December 2001, Greene was the Senior Vice President/Managing Director, Relationship Management, East Region/Workplace Investing at Fidelity Investments. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of relationship managers to build relationships and secure profitable at-risk retirement business with C-Suite executives. Edward successfully managed 50 key institutional relationships in the Eastern U.S. ($7.5B in assets administrated).
