Charles Beard has extensive experience in the aerospace engineering field, having worked as a Propulsion Engineer for Boeing from 2004 to 2015, focusing on projects like the KC-46 and 747-8. Prior to this, Charles served as a Design Engineer at Northrop Grumman and held various engineering roles at companies such as Learjet and Paragon Precision Products. Charles also demonstrated leadership as President of the Puget Sound Engineering Council from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Charles volunteers at the National Tropical Botanical Gardens and the Museum of Flight, while enjoying retirement since August 2015. Charles holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita State University and a BS in Computer Science from the American Institute for Computer Science.
