Peder Nelson is an experienced professional in the museum industry, currently serving as an Exhibits Developer and Digital Engagement Manager at The Museum of Flight since August 2011. Responsibilities include exhibits development, digital interactive development, and coordination of VR/AR/Mixed Reality projects, as well as supporting the Museum's Formal Oral History Program as a videographer. Additionally, Peder holds the position of Adjunct Curator of Music History at The Log House Museum since November 2017 and previously served as Vice President, Secretary, and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Southwest Seattle Historical Society from January 2014 to December 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Museology/Museum Studies from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Pacific Northwest History and Native American Studies from The Evergreen State College.
