Colin Chung

Colin Chung is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as General Manager at the Museum of Ice Cream since September 2022. Prior to this role, Colin held the position of Operations Director at Park90 from May 2018 to September 2022, while also serving as Director at Wine Portal during the same period. Colin co-founded BAIT Seafood & Wine Bar, which operated from December 2012 to March 2018, and has a rich history in ownership and management roles with establishments such as Daikanyama, Izakaya Shuraku, and Wabisabi Yakitori Bar between 2007 and 2011. Colin holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne, completed in 2000, and attended Anglo-Chinese School from 1991 to 1994.
