Museum of Ice Cream
Debra Garces currently serves as the General Manager at the Museum of Ice Cream since December 2023, where responsibilities include managing team performance, supporting staff development, and ensuring operational efficiency across programming, food and beverage, and retail operations. Previous experience includes the role of Assistant General Manager at the same museum, where Debra focused on team growth, training, and enhancing guest experiences. Prior to that, Debra held various training and leadership positions at Everise, including Senior Trainer and Corporate Trainer, leading training initiatives and developing staff capabilities. Additional experience spans roles in customer service and training at Trusource Labs, Volt, and UTPA, complemented by a background in food and beverage service. Debra holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Sign Language Interpreting from South Texas College.
