Kathryn Cavanaugh

Kathryn C. is the Founder and Managing Partner of Capstar Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm with over $50 million in assets under management, focusing on innovative consumer companies. Kathryn has been actively involved in various roles since January 2019, including serving as a Member of The Monday Group LLC and meetperry, a Board Observer for Quit With Jones, Sarah Flint, Inc., and Eterneva, and a Board Member for the Museum of Ice Cream and FLOWERBX. Additionally, Kathryn is an Advisory Board Member at Capital Creek Partners and a Member of The DealmakeHers. Kathryn holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual BS degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame.
