Chef Junu

Chef Junu has demonstrated extensive culinary expertise as a Chef De Partie across several prestigious establishments. Currently serving at the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa since September 2023, Chef Junu continues to excel in this role while also holding parallel positions at Bulgari Hotels & Resorts and FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai since December 2021 and January 2019, respectively. Chef Junu's foundational education in hotel management was completed at the University of Calicut, where a BSc was obtained from June 2012 to July 2015.
