Elena Ruby Cantu

Elena Ruby Cantu is an experienced professional in visitor experience and event management. Currently serving as a Visitor Experience Assistant at the Museum of Science and Industry since November 2022, Elena’s responsibilities include welcoming customers, providing information about exhibitions, and using the ticketing system Tessitura. Previously, Elena worked as an Access Assistant at Factory International and as an Event Assistant at Manchester Cathedral, where tasks involved event organization and staff coordination. With experience as a supporting artist in films and TV series, including notable works like ‘Rules of the Game’ and ‘Wedding Season,’ Elena also contributed to Bloom Mezzago as an Equipment Manager and Cashier, ensuring operational success at outdoor cinema events.
