Durval Mariano

Durval Mariano is an experienced professional with a diverse background in visitor experience, communication, and translation. Currently serving as a Visitor Experience Assistant at the National Portrait Gallery since May 2023, Durval has been an Independent Owner at Durr Press since January 2006, providing consultancy and services in text editing, writing, and translation between English and Portuguese. Durval has volunteered at Union Chapel UK since February 2018 and has held various freelance roles, including journalist, copywriter, and translator since 2007. Additional roles include Localization Tester and Portuguese LQA Tester at Testronic from July 2022 to May 2023, and Visitor Experience Assistant at Tate from March 2022 to March 2023.
