Laura Barker Morse

Laura Barker Morse serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at reacHIRE since May 2016 and has been the Managing Director at Entrepreneurship Ventures since May 2008, specializing in management development consulting and training for emerging growth companies globally. Laura holds a long-standing position as Trustee/Trustee Emerita at the Boston Museum of Science since June 1998 and has served as Trustee at the Massachusetts General Hospital Physicians Organization since July 2011. Other notable roles include Board Advisor at Concentric Power Inc. from December 2019 to January 2022, participation on the Steering Committee at DFCI Susan Smith Center from 2008 to September 2015, and Advisory Board member at Aura Biosciences from June 2008 to January 2011. Laura was also a Visiting Lecturer at MIT/Sloan in 2009 and worked as a Partner at Atlas Venture from July 1999 to April 2008, focusing on early-stage technology and life sciences venture capital. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Recruiting and Expatriate Services at SWIFT from 1995 to 1997.
