Lisa Goncalves

Lisa Goncalves is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator at the Museum of Science since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa held several positions at MIT Federal Credit Union from February 2015 to September 2023, including Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist. Additional experience includes working as a Human Resources Consultant at Boston Children's Hospital and serving in multiple HR roles at Steward Home Healthcare Inc. from May 2011 to September 2013. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Framingham State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
