Pam Lassiter

Pam Lassiter is the Principal of Lassiter Consulting, a boutique career management firm established in 1982 that specializes in outplacement and career development strategies. In addition to consulting, Lassiter serves as a Trustee and former Chair of Museum Advisors for the Boston Museum of Science. From 2016 to 2017, Lassiter hosted the Global Internet Radio Show "CEO Academy," interviewing CEOs on leadership strategies. Experience also includes coaching global executives at Harvard Business School and teaching a graduate course on career leadership at Harvard University's Division of Continuing Education. Prior consulting work was conducted with Polaroid Corporation. Lassiter holds an M.Ed. in Psychological Counseling from Boston University and a B.A. in English and Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
