Amy Noel Ellison is a seasoned research historian and curator currently contracted with the Museum of the American Revolution since May 2022. Previously, Amy held multiple roles at the Los Altos History Museum from January 2019 to July 2022, including exhibition consultant and curator, during which Amy collaborated with local organizations to create and install exhibitions. Amy's experience also includes a research assistant position at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, where research was conducted for the American Silver Catalogue. As an Andrew W. Mellon Post-Doctoral Curatorial Fellow at the American Philosophical Society from July 2016 to August 2018, Amy curated significant exhibitions and managed research initiatives. Additionally, Amy has an academic background as a history instructor at Boston University and served as the Writing Workshop Director in the History Department. Amy earned a Ph.D. in History from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in History from California State University, Fresno.
