Cynthia Helmstetter is an accomplished professional in visitor engagement and museum management with extensive experience in the cultural sector. Currently serving as the Visitor Engagement Manager at the Museum of the American Revolution since December 2016, Cynthia also contributes as an Advisory Council Member for The George Washington University Customer Experience Certificate Program and as a Senior Lecturer at The University of the Arts.
