Cherisse Challenger

Cherisse Challenger currently serves as the Vice President of Revenue and Visitor Experiences at the Museum of the City of New York, a position held since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing sales departments and enhancing visitor engagement through various revenue-generating initiatives. Previously, Cherisse held roles such as Director of Venue and Event Sales at the Museum of the City of New York, and Director of Event Sales at NFL Experience Times Square. Cherisse's extensive career in event management includes directorship positions at The New Jewish Home and the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, focusing on business development and client relations. Earlier experiences include roles at CNN, Nickelodeon, and MTV Networks, providing a strong foundation in production and event coordination. Cherisse earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications/Production from SUNY Oneonta and pursued a Master of Arts in Media Management at LIU Brooklyn.
