Mariecruz Nazario is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in various roles centered around human resources and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Museum of the City of New York, Mariecruz has successfully driven recruitment efficiency and community engagement initiatives, achieving a 20% reduction in time-to-fill key positions.
