Christina K.

Christina K. has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Christina currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Museum of the Moving Image, where they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer & Deputy Director of Administration at the same museum starting from 2021. In 2022, they became a member of Chief, a private network focused on empowering women executives.

Before joining Museum of the Moving Image, Christina held the role of Senior Director of Operations at Hauser & Wirth Contemporary Art Gallery from 2015 to 2021. Christina also served as the Managing Director at Greene Naftali Gallery from 2013 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Christina worked at Guggenheim Museum in various roles such as Associate Director of Finance and Operations in Abu Dhabi from 2012 to 2013, Senior Manager of Finance and Operations in Abu Dhabi Project from 2010 to 2012, and Project Manager in Abu Dhabi Project from 2008 to 2012. Christina also held the position of Finance Representative on Special Projects from 2008 to 2011, Budget Manager of Program and Operations from 2003 to 2008, Senior Financial Analyst from 2002 to 2003, and Global Programs Analyst from 2001 to 2002.

Christina K. holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The New School. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from Pace University. In 2016, they also earned a Certificate of Construction Project Management from Pace University.
