Julie Nelson

Julie Nelson is a seasoned Senior Project Manager currently at Museums Victoria, bringing extensive experience in managing high-profile projects within the arts and cultural sectors. Previously, as Senior Exhibitions Project Coordinator at ACMI, Julie oversaw significant exhibitions and installations, effectively liaising with Indigenous curators and managing complex project logistics and contractor agreements. Julie has also contributed to Deakin University as a Projects Officer and operated as a self-employed Project Manager, handling a variety of projects for notable clients. Academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Theatre Design from the University of the Arts London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cultural Heritage from Deakin University.
