Shannon Henriksson has extensive experience in multimedia systems and technical services at Museums Victoria, serving since August 2011 as Head of Technical Services and Manager of Multimedia Systems. Responsibilities include reporting to the Head of Digital Life and leading multimedia systems projects, encompassing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and target setting. Prior roles at Museums Victoria include Acting Technical Director, Senior Digital Media Systems Technician, Exhibition Project Officer, and Technical Coordinator for the notable exhibition "Ancient Hampi: The Hindu Kingdom Brought to Life." Shannon also worked as a Casual Technician focusing on exhibition lighting and construction, and as a Lighting Technician at the National Gallery of Victoria. Education was completed at Xavier High School in Albury.
