Declan O'Loughlin is an accomplished finance and project management professional with extensive experience at Musgrave since 2008, currently serving as Project & Finance Manager for Innovation, overseeing financial and project management aspects of innovation initiatives. O'Loughlin has also held significant roles such as PMO Future Brands and Head of Retailer Profitability, contributing to key business measures including EBITDAR. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure as a Partner at BDO Ireland, where O'Loughlin played a crucial role in re-establishing the Corporate Finance team, and earlier experience as an Audit and General Practice Trainee at Curtin O'Friel.
