Marta Hliwa

Marta Hliwa has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Marta started their career in 2005 as a Recruitment Consultant at ISS Recruitment. From there, they moved on to 2 Sisters Food Group in 2006, where they worked as an ER/HR Officer/HR BP, specializing in conflict resolution, employee relations, and negotiations.

In 2012, Marta joined Monaghan Mushrooms as an HR Manager (UK & Ireland). In this role, they were responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to over 2000 employees. Marta specialized in recruitment, retention, change management, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Marta also facilitated the effective operations of work councils across the UK and Ireland.

Marta then worked at The Dualway Group from 2014-2016 as an HR Manager, before joining Musgrave MarketPlace in 2016 as an HR Business Partner (People & Change).

Currently, Marta is working at Musgrave as the Head of HR, a role they started in July 2020. Overall, Marta's work experience showcases their expertise in HR management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and recruitment.
