Mary O' Keeffe

Mary O'Keeffe has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Mary began their career in 2006 as a Sales Advisor at Debenhams, where they worked until 2008. Mary then joined Ecco Shoes as a Sales Advisor from 2008 to 2014. Afterwards, they worked as a Secretary at Ecco Distributors from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to a role as a Store Manager, a position they held until 2016. Since then, Mary has been employed at Musgrave, starting as an HR Administrator from 2016 to 2021. Mary then advanced to the position of HR Operations Team Manager from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Mary holds the position of Head of HR: Operations at Musgrave, beginning in September 2022.

Mary O'Keeffe has a Bachelor of Business (Honours) Degree in Business from Munster Technological University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Mary also earned a Bachelor of Business in Management from the same university, studying from 2008 to 2011. In 2013 to 2015, they attended Cork Institute of Technology and completed a Master's in Human Resource Management, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, Mary O'Keeffe holds a Leaving Certificate from St. Angela's College in English, Irish, Maths, French, Business, History, and Biology, which they obtained from 2002 to 2008. In terms of further professional development, they completed a Lean Green Belt program at University College Cork in 2019 and obtained a Diploma in Employment Law from IBEC in 2018.
