Noel Wren FCG, MIPA is an experienced Company Secretarial Manager currently overseeing compliance for all Musgrave group companies in ROI, NI, and UK since May 2016. Prior to this role, Noel held various positions within the company secretarial field, including Company Secretarial and Payroll Services at Crowleys DFK from June 2010 to May 2016, and Company Secretary at Nathan Trust for a brief period in 2010. Additional experience includes managing a client portfolio at BDO Simpson Xavier from December 2007 to March 2009 and serving approximately 300 clients as Company Secretarial Manager at Crowleys DFK in 2007. Earlier roles include Company Secretarial Administrator at Westboro Partners, where Noel contributed to establishing and expanding the Company Secretarial department. Noel's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in General and Corporate Administration from Waterford Institute of Technology, alongside studies at The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and the Law Society of Ireland.
