Paul Minihan

Paul Minihan has extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations, currently serving as Director of HR: Employee Relations and Policy at Musgrave since August 2003. Responsibilities include overseeing HR policy, advising over 800 retail partners, managing HR operations in Company Owned Company Operated stores, and leading various change management initiatives. Previous roles include Employee Relations Manager at Waterford Crystal and HR/Industrial Relations Executive at IBEC, where Paul provided strategic HR advice to a diverse range of member companies. Paul also has academic experience as a part-time lecturer in Employment Law and HRM at Munster Technological University. Educational qualifications include a Barrister-at-Law degree from The Honorable Society of King's Inns and a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Cork.
