Celene Gielink

Celene Gielink is an experienced Research Analyst at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. since March 2021. Previously, Celene Gielink acquired valuable skills through various positions, including as an Assistant Brewmaster at King Harbor Brewing Company and a Cellar Intern at Pahlmeyer LLC, where knowledge of brewing and winemaking processes was developed. Academic experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at The Ohio State University, where research focused on encapsulation efficiency in food engineering. Celene Gielink holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from The Ohio State University, further strengthening expertise in the field.
