Dee Halácsy began working as an Administrative Assistant at AdvanceTEC from 2002 to 2008. Since August 2008, Dee has been working at Music & Arts, where Dee currently holds the title of Senior Manager, Retail Operations. In their current role, Dee manages a team of up to 12 support representatives, provides support to numerous retail locations and affiliate locations, trains retail associates on unfamiliar processes, coordinates with the Sales Audit team to address customer concerns, processes commission and spiff pay for employees, and investigates technical issues reported by the sales team. Dee's dedication and expertise in retail operations have been instrumental in their various roles within the company.
