Jennifer Hooper Bray

Jennifer Hooper Bray has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Jennifer has held various HR roles at companies such as Marriott International, Matthews/Mark Advertising Agency, James Hardie Building Products, U.S. Cellular, and currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Music & Arts, a Guitar Center Co. Throughout their career, they have managed employee relations, talent acquisition, training, and internal communications for large organizations with a focus on strategic business partnerships and associate relations.

Jennifer Hooper Bray attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. In 2014, they furthered their education by studying Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
