Ashley Billey has been working in the culinary industry since obtaining an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in 2007. Ashley has held various positions such as Cook at Parkhurst Dining Services from 2007 to 2012, Lead Line Cook and Sous Chef at JACK Entertainment from 2012 to 2023, and currently works as a Sous Chef at Music Box Supper Club since November 2023. Ashley has a strong background in culinary arts and has demonstrated their skills and expertise in various kitchen environments throughout their career.
