Nashville Music City Center
Leo Waters has extensive experience in leadership and governance within the tourism and hospitality sectors. Since October 2009, Leo has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Music City Center Authority, overseeing operations and the construction of the new Music City Center Convention Center, which opened in June 2013. In addition, Leo has owned Music City Information Centers Inc. since September 1990, specializing in brochure and information distribution for the tourism industry. Leo previously held the positions of President and Board Member for the Alcohol and Drug Council in Nashville from 1991 to 2004 and served as an at-large member of the Metropolitan Government Nashville-Davison County Metro Council from 1995 to 2003. Leo is a graduate of Florida State University, where studies focused on Criminology from 1978 to 1980.

Nashville Music City Center
Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, Music City Center is a 2.1 million square foot convention center with more than 353,000 square feet of exhibit hall space, two ballrooms, 55 meeting rooms, and a covered parking garage with 1,800 spaces. The mission of MCC is to create significant economic benefit for the greater Nashville area, while focusing on community inclusion, sustainability, and exceptional customer service, through conventions, trade shows, and community events.
