Matt Kroepel serves as the Sr. Director of Touring & Artist Appearances at Universal Music Group Nashville since April 2017, overseeing artist fan clubs and managing various content strategies. Previous roles include Director of Tour Marketing at Universal Music Group Nashville and Artist Relations at SXSW. Kroepel's extensive experience also encompasses directing box office operations and production at The Bowery Presents, as well as significant tour marketing roles at EMI Music, where major tours for high-profile artists were coordinated. A graduate of Webster University with a BA in Marketing & Advertising, Matt Kroepel has effectively contributed to the success of numerous artists throughout a robust career in the music industry.
