Rachel Vandivier

Rachel Cross is a midwest based singer, actor, harpist, voice teacher, and musical director and is excited to join the Music House team! She holds an MM in CCM Voice Pedagogy and Speech Science and is a certified Somatic Voiceworks teacher. She is a member of the Pan American Vocology Association, certified in the Estill Voice Method and an apprentice writer for the Voice Foundation. She has been a voice artist for the ChicagoKids Company, a voice specialist for the midwest tour of Paw Patrol Live! and a performer for the flagship Theater for the Very Young program and co-founder for the Breath Techniques program at the Lawrence Arts Center, in Lawrence, KS. She has taught voice and been on the performing staff for the Lawrence Arts Center, the Emerald City Theater, Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater, ChicagoKids Company, and Wheaton College. She specializes in contemporary commercial music and voice work and recently expanded to teach piano and harp along with voice and loves to sing with new people, try new things and see students succeed and find what they love!
