Music Masters
Roz De Vile is an accomplished music education leader with extensive experience in strategic oversight and development of educational programs. As Chief Executive Officer and Learning Director at Music Masters since September 2015, Roz has led initiatives such as the flagship Schools Programme and the UK's first PGCE in Group Instrumental Teaching in collaboration with Birmingham City University. Prior roles include Music Development Manager at Gallions Primary School, where Roz enhanced the school’s music program and creative ethos, and Secretary and Development Manager at Gallions Music Trust. Additionally, Roz has significant experience in artist management, having served as Associate Artist Manager at Intermusica Artists' Management and as a violinist and manager for the Sixteen Wires String Quartet. Roz holds a BMus degree from King's College London.
