Cherisse Williams

Cherisse Williams is an accomplished musician and educator currently serving as a chorister with the New York Philharmonic since October 2022. Cherisse's experience includes roles as a College of Music Alumni Relations Graduate Assistant at the University of North Texas since August 2021, and a music teacher with Music Together LLC since January 2019. Previous positions held include preschool teacher at ST THOMAS MORE PLAYGROUP C.I.C., extended day coordinator and preschool teacher at Montessori Day School of Brooklyn, and teaching assistant at Ithaca College. Cherisse has a robust educational background with a Master of Business Administration in Music and a Doctor of Musical Arts in Voice and Opera and Music Business & Entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas, alongside a Master of Music in Voice Performance from Ithaca College and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Westminster Choir College.
