Johan Bouwmeester

Johan Bouwmeester holds extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as the Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht at Stichting Ante and De Meerpaal Dronten, Johan has also been a Moderator at the European Leadership Platform since 2015. As the owner of a consultancy named JOHAN, leadership coaching and organizational change advisory form a significant part of expertise. Johan has previously worked as a Programmamanager at Gemeente Almere, contributing to multiple strategic initiatives, including the Almere Smart Society program. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Amsterdam and further studies in leadership and values-based coaching.
